So, I stand corrected. Saban did accept, and yes I am still surprised. but don't misinterpret...I am very happy for Alabama. One of my buddies called me and thought I would be upset because I am an LSU fan, which is totally not the case. I am extremely happy for Alabama and the fans. Saban is a great guy, a family man, a hard worker, and a proven winner. It's definitely time for the Tide faithful to have something to cheer about. It's still hard to believe he lives down the road from me now.
